Don't be so cynical. I feel that, now with the CEO here, everything is going to be juuuuuust fine. It's nice to know the CEO wants to keep people informed. Even if, at the same time he is gagging the transfer agent.
For all we know, the TA may be a bad communicator, and may not even know how many shares there are.

Just my opinion, of course.
