Government violated the rules of preserve and conserve as they claimed they were doing in their explanation given by Lockhart right after 9/08.
Clearly they never warned explicitly of the 3rd and as I pointed out contradicted what Demarco testified to only 9 months before!
The foreclosure crisis had nothing to do with adm 3. One has nothing to do with the other. I ask did they use the money from the sweep to help homeowners.
Once you go down this path because of the excuse of national emergency, there is no limit to how far you can go. There is then no limit to any other abuse of powers in the future and ultimately even a grave risk to property rights in the future!
