LOL!!! Have you seen all of the auditors that the SEC has filed complaints against - there are many pump and dump auditors that these OTCM scams use.

Ryan uses an accounting firm and they go by the letter of the law. Not hard to understand.......I guess

Plus, you do understand that the Auditor is using company supplied information that isn't verified by the auditor.
