ARCS doesn't own the products, just the website address. A company with $1,000 in cash and $2,000 in annual revenues (per their own financials) doesn't have the resources to buy all of those products.

Speaking of products, didn't ARCS promise to have a new product by the end of 1Q 2016? They're already a month late on that one.
