Greetings, my name is Shawn Davis and I am the C.E.O. of Attune RTD. It’s been quite
some time since I have reached out to shareholders and I wanted to connect with this brief
message in regards to the Companies BrioWave technology. It is my opinion; the current
position of Attune RTD stock DOES NOT reflect the tremendous potential of our product,
direction, and attainable realization of the vision for the company. In fact, it is my belief that
there has never been a better time for the innovations that Attune RTD has to offer.
I firmly believe that our flag ship energy management innovation, the BrioWave Smart
Energy Management Solution, was several years ahead of its time. As we speak, we are
positioning Attune RTD to bring to light the facts surrounding the energy efficient oversights of
variable speed motors, HVAC controls, and photovoltaic systems. Attune's solution incorporates
all three of these high energy variables. Our approach, to not only manage, but to interconnect
and synchronize their independent energy consumption in concert with each other has proven to
bring valuable benefits to the environment, and the consumer. As such, it is our expectation to
develop new technologies and improve on existing ones with new patentable solutions.
We believe that the BrioWave solution is first to market to offer energy consumption that
can be monitored and set to budget in real time to accomplish consumer goals, rather than the
utilities goals. Attune's dynamic solutions allow the consumer the functionality to set their
energy consumption and monthly cost benchmarks, and Attune's innovative BrioWave
technology executes to manage and meet consumer monthly billing goals.
When Attune RTD first embarked on its mission to help consumers acquire energy
efficiencies through energy management in 2007, we were confident that our innovative
approach would prevail. We believe the pieces of the "puzzle" have now come full circle and fit
better today than ever before.
Mr. Bianco and I believe more in our technology solution today, than ever before. It is
our belief that we have never had more to look forward to!
Attune RTD certainly has its challenges to overcome, however, our commitment to
Attune RTD and our shareholders is as strong today as it was back in 2007. Mr. Bianco and I
wish to communicate our gratitude to the Attune RTD shareholders for their ongoing patience
and understanding as we continue to push and find our path forward.
