10k is just a reiteration of the first three Q's from last year plus the 4q numbers. They didn't do anything in 4Q, had no mergers, buyouts, or anything else. So I don't understand what i's and t's they are concerned about. They are just flat out out late with no excuses. Why couldn't they have finished it over the weekend and gotten it out first thing this morning so they could avoid this drama? Quite disappointing.
