Too many can only see all the good things that are going to, not might, happen. In some eyes there isn't the slightest possibility that things may go south.

I agree there are many potential catalysts in the near future but, nothing, nothing should be taken for granted.

The S3 was perfectly timed to coincide with the "good" news this month.

This is another reason The DP didn't take questions last CC.
He didn't want to have to fess up or outright lie.

This S3 didn't just pop up since the last CC. This was strategically planned. Insiders knew this was coming so they had to sell even though the pps kept rising and their "sells" appeared ill timed.

They couldn't risk selling too close to today.

They are not on "our" side here. They are out to make a successful business and they are using shareholders to do it. I could live with that if they had skin in the game but whatever happens with TRTC the insiders will walk away millionaires.
