Debt isn't always a bad thing if you are profitable and can pay it down.


Yes, but if things go backwards, then you are in debt and getting losses. Just what happened to the coal companies. In 2011 they were flying, took out debt to buy other companies, they they went south BADLY. In debt with no way out.
