It's been widely admitted this shell is the sister of hglc, and Sainer took off to avoid prosecution.

Who knows where Teddy is today, but we haven't seen or heard from him since......

This "company" has gone from mining to gaming to holding and not one vote from the shareholders...just a pr....

The financials are a joke and not one cent of "income" is verified. The fins released are crap.

The convertible shares are all under different shells, and all the shells are owned by Lumb.

For crying out loud, do your DD. this one will not survive even with a series of pr's.

This company, like its sisters has not lived up to any expectation. Divs....lie; debt elimination...stroke of a pen, it was fictitious to begin with and the shell it was borrowed from was owned by Lumb; stock buyback....not delivered...gee I wonder why?!

There's some good DD in here all you have to do is dig deeper into it.
