So let me pose the question to anyone out here who might know the answer.......What happens now after the 8-K ? Since they could meet the deadline, how long do they now have to post the earnings ?

Anyone know ? Just trying to understand how much longer of a waiting game this is going to be before we see the earnings posted. Are we talking weeks ? If not then we will be getting into their next quarter so they will be posting for two quarter earnings ? ? ?
