I randomly stumbled upon this company / shell. Clearly it's not an active shell because of the CEO passing away -- but curious what your guys' thoughts were on the company prior to the CEO's passing.

Did the technology seem decent? What were the companies challenges (aside from money maybe?)

Is this place full of hateful shareholders (like a lot of the OTC world) who will treat the new leaders like dirt by default? Hahaha.
