With intent, that would be highly illegal IMO. Doubt the director is that stupid. A reverse has to be approved by FINRA first off. I wasn't surprised to see a reverse split vote considering the divi and ex date. Looks to me they wanted to common share reverse then reward those with divi shares that held through ex date with post pay date reversed commons? Not sure about anything here but seems logical to me. How will they fund growth without a bid and less commons now between the O/S and A/S albeit many restricted for a few months? Don't they have to reverse to grow? Total cluster f IMO. Time will tell.
