The main advantages of appearing on Shark Tank are publicity - which you can capitalize on even if you don't get a deal provided you have enough stock and a website that works well enough - plus, if you get a deal, the huge increase in sales - by many orders of magnitude - would benefit shareholders.

I agree that Critic Clothing can grow organically well enough on it's own with all the lines of development already set up.

My main points were the large profit margins in apparel - which will become apparent in financials eventually - and how much further Critic Clothing has come already compared to other niche apparel start-ups.
