I added another 800 shares today. My confidence is growing again while the stock appears to be finding a bottom. About the same as it was in 2009. The dividend is higher now at this price and REITs in general got crushed as a whole recently. RAS is a better company now then before and as soon as the dividend is raised again..i think this stock will soar! At least im hopeing haha. REITs will make a run again and RAS is benefit greatly
