REALLY odd 'to me' that that never exercised those options over all the years and let them expire

'to me' that can only mean 2 things:
1) didn't want to waste their money
or
2) some strategy to keep the share count lower? maybe get a bigger / better deal buy letting those go and instead exercising the $1 warrants? This all seems to be stretching it to me



I hope my spidey-senses are wrong on this... how can what seemed like the best shell scenario out there not execute?

Or maybe I'm reading too much into it and he'll surprise us. To be honest, I thought the linked in changes recently were a tip off to something coming and soon..................
