Hello Italia77. According to SEC filing from Feb 10th I believe CHIT actually states that there are 4,024,222,208 shares of common stock as of the record date Feb 9.

(ii) 3,000,000 shares of Series A Preferred Stock; and
(iii) 0 shares of Series B Preferred Stock;

I'm not surprised by this discrepency at all as there appears to me to be quite a lot of contradicting statements that comes from this CHIT company in my opinion. For instance, see..

In my opinion, almost as if the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing ???
