Officers, Directors, and JV own 38,009,167 shares collectively. FSNR's JV Dynamis has a warrent for another 5,000,000 shares.

That gives a total of 43,009,167 shares (includinng the warrent shares) that are not being traded, none of the officers, directors, or the JV have sold a single share - not one share.

The last quarterly report shows 86,138,117 shares outstanding, since then another 3MM was awarded to the new CEO Michael McGhan, bringing the total to 89,138,117 shares outstanding out of 100 MM authorized, which makes the above Freestone Resources management and JV total figure a very substantal percentage of total shares outstanding and authorized.

In conclusion, it is a strong positive that Freestone's management's interest aligns with all shareholders interest in generating high revenues and profits to increase the value of the shares.

Obviously blue chip managers like Michael McGhan and Gerald Johnston, with winning track records in building Billion dollar companies, would not now be coming aboard Freestone Resources if they did not know that Petrozene was going to be a big winner with major clients in the industry. They had all the inside information, and then with that they came aboard. I plan on taking the ride up with McGhan and Johnston.
