Yesterday's volume spike on price uptick must be related to an article yesterday in the sciencedaily on narcan. The panel denounced "improvised" devices in favor of FDA approved devices such as NARCAN.

I cannot find any other explanation for the volume spike.
Anyone know why the volume spike ?
