The post accurate.

Stickied post 54714 states that in the Articles of Amendment filed with the Florida Division of Corporations, PPJE has changed its Articles of Incorporation to:

1) Perform a reverse split on its common stock at a ratio of 1:100

2) Reduce the number of Authorized Shares to 5B from 20B.

Both of those statements are accurate, because they describe what is in the official filing.

Despite Basu's issuing a PR about cancelling the reverse, as far as the State of Florida is concerned, the official record -- PPJE's Articles of Incorporation --- states that the reverse plan is still on.

Until Basu files new Articles of Amendment in Florida that remove or rescind the language about the reverse, post 54714 remains accurate.

If and when she files an amendment or rescission, the post will be officially out of date.

As of now, it's not.
