Also just want to make sure everyone understands that NO Shares of BIEI Have Been ISSUED, This is a standard filing that BIEI has to file on a loan deal. These Shares or ONLY Registered NOT Issued. As long as BIEI Makes the Payments and/or Pays Redwood off when their Asia JV gets finalized, None of these Shares will EVER Get Issued.
