-incomplete geological data.

1. Define complete.
2. Add the word deliberately before incomplete, as that or incompetence are the only reasons I can think of that it isn't complete

Regarding the cto, The company told shareholders that the CTO didn't affect what they are trying to do, clearly not the case.
