A lot of traditional financial publications say the only good penny stocks are the ones that make money, as in on their financials. This is simply not true. I argue that my system does not pay attention to anything except hype, speculation, and momentum. That's the only way to trade these, and recognize the signs that a stock will be promoted or ran by a party that wants to cash in
