So, tell us again how the lawsuit by criminal enterprise AVTCQ, which was dismissed, was not frivolous?


Having a background in law, I have taken great interest in this story...especially being that I have long questioned the legitimacy of every word out of the defendant's mouth. That said - I agree that most similar cases brought by these companies are frivolous. This one, however, is not.
