BELLEVUE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Voip-Pal.Com Inc. (“Voip-Pal”, “Company”) (OTC Pink: VPLM) is pleased to announce updates on several Company initiatives:

•Audited financials for fiscal years 2014 and 2015 were completed in late December 2015 by the auditing firm Davidson & Company LLP and have been filed with the OTC Markets and the SEDAR in Canada. This is the first ever audit for Voip-Pal, which was commissioned by the Board of Directors in order to provide shareholders with full transparency. The Company will maintain annual audits from this point forward.
•The Company has redesigned its corporate website www.voip-pal.com, which is scheduled to go live on January 19. In addition to a new and improved look the website will provide important company information and updates, detailed technological information, patent information, and white papers. The audited financials can also be viewed on the new website under the “Investor Relations” tab on the Home Page.
•The lawsuits involving Locksmith Financial Corp., TK Investment, Richard G. Kipping, and Terry Kwan to cancel and return to treasury over 100 million frozen shares is ongoing. An update on the status is expected very soon and will be posted on the new Company website.
•An application has been made to the DTCC (Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation) for removal of the chill. The process has involved:
1) requesting a hearing with the DTCC for them to consider steps that have been taken by the company to eliminate any past practices that may have limited Voip-Pal stock from being DTC eligible, and

2) procuring a letter from an independent attorney attesting that the company’s practices fully conform to the DTCC’s expectations. If the Company remains unsold upon chill removal, the board will seek up-listing to a major exchange and continue to focus its efforts on monetization
