FINRA doesn't have the authority to reject. If they are not satisfied with what they hear, they keep asking until the party either gives up or can not provide any additional info (or keep supplying the same old thing) at which time they close the file as an incomplete application.

This is only a clarification. It does not take away from what you said.

As of Tonight, FINRA still shows no application by TDEY. And there will probably never be one shown.



I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
