I missed my chance last time it dropped to these levels, as I waited thinking it would touch $2, instead, it went to $9. I would think its a great buy around here but keep a little powder dry just incase it goes lower. My experience tells me waiting for the bottom can be a mistake. Lets face it these levels have always been pretty safe in the past.
