Foolish for NW to dump any shares NOW or even sell a piece NOW:
He would not want to buy High & sell Low for his shareholders especially considering that he had a hand it it going lower he may of not intended it to go that way, he probably assumed LP would capitulate which she initially did but then the unexpected happened and his own partner Odra had a Wolf in sheep's clothing and that did him in. Selling now would only make paper losses come to fruition......so RK I completely disagree with your thinking this time.

I believe he just wants the opportunity to sell a piece when the price rises to derisk his NWBO portion of his portfolio. Again timing is everything, he could have done this anytime back when the chit hit the fan
and the price was even higher. NO way he waits until the pps drops to historic lows based on his doing and sells, not his style nor is it fair to shareholders. He watched the video, he knows what he means. The investigation only further what the video represents and means we have even another catalyst capable of increasing the pps.

NW is very publicity conscious, he is also shareholder conscious, if he sells now he looks like a backwards activist...like he should have kept his bigmouth shut and he would have done a whole lot better as opposed to doing anything.

If the investigation is currently taking place why sell before he knows the results. If he sells now and the results are good his shareholders will accuse him of making a critically incorrect decision. After shouldn't he wait for an investigation that he started. And remember he stated it based on PhaseV, I believe he has had enough time to think about his actions and knows more since then to realize that he might have over-reacted or misplayed the hand, not saying that an investigation isn't needed, heck LP thinks it is need to clear her name too but selling for the results of his own call for an investigation is foolhardy and a reckless gamble. There is no sure thing in stocks , his shareholders understand that but nobody like someone that disturbed the apple cart when everything way fine before he came to play.
