You responded to me twice yet failed to answer my question.

The following two statements are not answers:

"Need to eliminate the YIELD sign with DELINQUENT SEC FILING ... "

"UPTICK without SEC filing is like driving a vehicle without drivers license. ENUF SAID "

In my opinion, it looks like you are fear mongering in an attempt to shake the tree for cheap shares. Again, I ask you:

What is your "important question for the filing" that you need answered prior to the closing of the merger?
