What is Your opinion of the drill hole locations screw up? Whose responsibility was that? Were all of sarissa's drill holes screwed up then, or just the newest round done while Dan was in as President?

Do you think $400k/Yr is appropriate for mgmt fees for this company that has no revenues?

How about the $540k over 2 years for the "fixed fees" in addition to "all reasonable expenses" incurred towards the development of the project? What did that buy us and who received those fees?

Ye Hua is listed on China LinkedIn as owner of "MCC Consulting Services" and was present during Scott visit to Shandong Linyi as evidenced by the tieba.baidu.com link I posted years ago.

What is the relationship between Scott's MCC, as in Midnight Capital Corporation", as compared to Ye Hua's MCC Consulting Services?

The two bsda's 240k and 300k respectively, does that correlate to the 240k in the nio-star audited fins for consulting fees paid to a company controlled by the General Manager? I.e. MCC?

The failure to file the Archibald NI report on SEDAR? The inappropriate release of an 11 million indicated resource based on that report that the BCSC took issue with?

The April NI report update. Why can we not pay the measly 35k for a resource calculation?

The same report. Why are all of the sections relating to resources and etc omitted?

How about the failure to maintain staked claims at shining tree, and at nemegosenda, the latter which have been scooped up by Probe Mines for its Borden Lake project now owned by goldcorp?

How about the $60k per year in occupancy costs? Occupancy of what? The office in oakville? The one that is shared by Scott other ventures that he's charging them rent for?

I can't imagine why anyone would want to expedite something when we have been shooting in a barrel for last 8 years and haven't hit any fish?
