that should be distributed to those of us who were the public shareholders at the time of the R/M on the .153 ratio mentioned in the PR. The other 5.9M shares belong to the insiders (Jeff, Canouse, Barcom, et al.), as the .153 ratio of the shares of HTSC they owned at the time.
