Email reply from company I received. I asked about AS increase and any plans going forward:



The authorized was increased to allow for reserve shares for the funding sources, including those that are long term.
Increasing the authorized does not mean they are outstanding, just available for issuance.

We needed shares to issue to acquisitions which are still on and waiting.

We are a small staff and working long hours to make this happen.

You and others that have helped us will be happy early in the New Year.
