A 'reverse split' would be 1 for 500 NOT 500 for 1*, that would create more shares and is called a 'forward split'.

I will now be RSd right out of this thing, but if you think not mailing 1000 shareholders is gonna save the company then youre dreaming. Theyd better have a big merger up their sleeve otherwise theyre just a dilution machine that rips off their shareholders.
