As promised, here is the famous Mesa Dip recipe. We hope you enjoy it with your friends and families for years to come.

5 lb White Cheese Melt
1 1/2 quarts milk
15 oz canned diced green peppers
8 oz finely chopped onions
3 oz white pepper
2 oz finely chopped cilantro
2 Tbsp finely diced jalapeño
1 Tbsp cumin

Place all ingredients in a double boiler and heat until melted through. Stir and add milk to desired consistency when it becomes too thick.
