Was not so much a management action of operating activities in my opinion, but from the lack of reward after the drilling of new wells that did not produce a favorable high return.

Some of the questionable programs never developed, even the company had a history with numerous partnership companies that also came under the same non reward blanket.

The King City, California program was diluted with a water issue. You might say that the King City project was probably the last real downturn, even after a new partnership was formed for the project.
