Thanks NYbob I didn't know that about silver lease rates going up 50% thats great, Silver may explode as soon as august, sill I expect we may see 14 silver before that, an explosion call it 20 it can happen as ealy as August, I figure the mines should kick i year pretty soon on ticking up gold and silver
