Just got another mail from Lou. No RS and no dilution!

'Insofar as acquisition strategy and the changing of share structure, the management and key investors are stockholders of USWL and do not believe a reverse split is appropriate. With respect to dilution in connection with an acquisition, it is our intent to fund acquisitions rather than utilize the company’s shares. This is management concept at this time which is absent of reverse splits and excessive dilution. Unless and until such action will build shareholder value, we believe it is unnecessary.'
