Sphere 3D Corp (ANY)

I was doing my DD because I was interested in taking a long position. But after doing many, many hours of it, all I see is a falling knife. For me to take 15 minutes and write my post on this board is the least I can do. I do think there will be day trade/swing trade opportunities which I mentioned in my original post.

I totally get your skeptical, etc... I have no control over how you feel or your actions, I'm simply stating things as I see them.

As I mentioned I've lost money when I've let my emotions get in the way...I've learned to see things as they are.

My question to you is this:

If Sphere's product(s) are so strong why did they have to raise money in such a way? If you haven't already please take the time to read this filing regarding this financing.
