please excuse my novice state or ignorance when asking certain questions. Let me try and ask it in a better way. What I am trying to understand is after the new shares are added and accounted for, how does one determine just how significant the dilution will be ? I understand that it will be directly related to the number of shares that were added which would take down the worth of the previous price per share. What I am trying to understand is how to understand the severity of the dilution and how to figure it out . Any takers on trying to explain it ?
