IMO, the increase in rate has almost certainly already been accounted for in pps. Look at the chart....

I also believe that you will see a relief rally in pps once they raise the 25 points. The only thing that would cause a drop at this point from the FED would be a raise of more that 25 bps (very unlikely) or strong language that they will raise it more again soon.
