NIHL should be showing 100 share bid and

ask quotes on level 2...at the least 500 shares...

because most holders are in $3 to $7 per

share cost range after the reverse split...

MMs chose to pillage any sellers' recovery

before the price stabilizes with updates...

Have had 5,000 or more share bids at .01

or higher on numerous occasions...

because 5,000 shares is minimum block required

for MM to post sub penny orders on level 2...

MMs chose to avoid displaying higher bids

above their plundering pursuits...

So someone may have just complained that

their bid wasn't being shown...LJ
