"The number of shares of Common Stock which will be issued and outstanding after the Stock Split will be reduced from 101,000,494 shares of our Common Stock to approximately 10,100,050 shares, subject to rounding"

The explanation in the proxy seemed reasonable to me even though some of it was boilerplate language. Gonna be hard to get lots of shares soon. Should be volatile so place your bets.
