Well, at least we'll know who'll be manipulating shares for awhile. Gap should fill for sure. Company will have to PR to generate volume to allow Blackridge to get shares. Right before Thanksgiving. What a piece of $CHIT. The only positive I could see from this 8k is the good rate on their promissory note (5%). Float is gonna grow fast.
