The Company and IMI executed the SPA on September 16, 2015, the sale closed and the net sale proceeds were wired into Lenco’s debtor-in-possession account on the same day.

LCNMQ got paid for their subsidiary but IMO had to obtain LCNMQ shares since it trades and international does not IMO
