I agree, there is no way to tell ahead of time something is going to happen until it actually does but from every experience I have had with a "dead stock" all of a sudden getting a reinstatement, reorganization, or something similar is that something does eventually happen, could be months or days. I don't think they reorganized this last Feb. in New Jersey, as per otcmarkets.com, for no reason. Something will happen and given the value of the business before and the very low valuation right now, it's worth holdings for a year only if it's a 3x bagger. But it could be 10x or 20x for all we know.
