Paulness, I tend to agree with your assessment that Nanobeak intends to remain a long term shareholder and that the powers that be at VNTH and JB, to whatever extent he is truly involved, are in the process of cleaning up the share structure, starting with the new preferred share class exclusive to Nanobeak. I don't quite understand the exact existing share structure, but if the numbers quoted by other posters are correct, there are nearly a billion shares to deal with, which is disheartening, to say the least. I hate to even say this, because I don't want to give them any ideas, but a 1 for 20 RS still leaves us with roughly 50,000,000 shares and a 1 for 50 20,000,000 shares. This is still a lot, especially if there is further dilution. Oh Lord!! So the speculation of a 1 for 100 RS is not completely far fetched. I think the VNTH shell has been really abused all right. So it may pay to significantly increase our positions here in anticipation of a reverse split, or not at all, depending on how each of us feels about the company's prospects. I am looking forward to all of your thoughts and comments.
