Hey Jersey!

You have done great with the dd in the past. I got excited about the thought of merging with Actsoft, but I know that until it is offical, anything is game.

I have a suggestion....when the bad taste leaves your mouth from this experience, why not give FM a call. Maybe he couldn't give specifics or even an inclination of what will be released in the case conference about the merger (SEC rules?). I don't know, but with nothing but circumstantial evidence, the jury has decided on a verdict without giving the benefit of a trial :)

All I am saying is that why would he intentionally mislead you. The stock didn't rise much or fall much from when you shared your opinion on the merger. So what does he have to gain?

We don't know if the merger with Actsoft is a no go, or if it is what was behind it. It could be the pres of Actsoft messed up.

I am not saying Frank didn't yank your chain, but until we know more we don't know anything. His intentions, whether he was kicked off the board or whether he left by his own volition.

I hope you don't let this experience dampen your sharing dd with this board.
