I am sure rusty didnt know about them because he was new to publicly traded companies. He was just happy to get into a shell at the time. But he knew about it recently. So why not buy up the cheap shares they can't get any cheaper then this. But he probably couldn't get any because they are being sold to someone else. But he could soak up some of the cheap ask prices.the converters would make there interest and there $30 grand no matter were they sold it,but at cheaper prices who ever bought them would get more shares at a cheaper price. So I think there was some agreement with an invester that wanted a lot of shares at a low price. It just seems weird that the price dropped all of a sudden and then all the large selling who was ready to buy those not us we were already all tapped out from the last two years. The converters can't really invest but just sell. So why the need to drop the price to convert so many shares I think it was for someone else and why wait so long to convert when they make there $30 grand and interest either way at any price. A lot to think about . But I guess we will find out soon.
