We have a final judgment so I am not sure why you want to go back to the original complaint. As I read the original compalaint which says in "simple English" that Gendarme SOLD 2.1 Billion shares. Again wishful thinking on your part to substitute the word "purchased" for "acquired." If you want to claim that the SEC is backing up your opinion please post text that supports your position and stop telling me to read the original complaint. Again your claim is void of factual foundation. The original complaint stated that Gendarme "acquired" RCCH shares from the issuer. Legal terms are important. Substituting your own words for what the SEC writes in the original complaint to support your claim is laughable. Again your claim supposedly (?) supported by the original complaint is not supported by the District Court Final Judgment. Keep trying, it adds to the entertainment value of this message board.
