Ok just talk yo Nevada SOS. The lady who I spoke to, (Not the person I emailed) said that there is a possibility that there are series B but not showing up on the web site. She said that it all depends on how the processor list the shares. She said that there are a ton of amendments, and that the series b could be buried in there, but she was not allowed to give out that information.

She said that information would have to be requested through the business forms portal which I'm not going through all of that.

Like I said earlier, I am sure that Linsky has that magic rabbit to pull out of the hat so like mentioned before, to da moon or to da grave lol!
