why in the world is someone selling 600.00 worth of stock and not ONE of the new management team is willing to buy shares at the ask? I understand that Kading is in some serious trouble, but, if he sells unregistered shares his troubles will deepen. Nobody but insiders or old shareholders of phantom fiber even hold 40,000 shares of this stock, so, the selling is obvious. Kevin, do you truly want to handle another lawsuit and live in prison or will you kindly hand back the 100 million shares to the treasury.

The new CEO has some deep pockets based on his resume and it checks out on google searches. But, if the guy is unwilling to buy shares he is meaningless.
